Operators that declined a self-exclusion request
Every entry below records the same thing: a documented self-exclusion request was delivered to the operator on behalf of a player who asked to be blocked, the operator declined it or left it unanswered, and it did not respond to our follow-up reminders. We publish only what is on record. Operators can have an entry corrected or removed at any time by confirming the exclusion.
No operator has completed the full warning process yet. Operators are added to the final register after a declined request and two unanswered reminders.

How an operator ends up here
- 1. Documented request. A player signs an authorization agreement and we deliver a formal lifetime self-exclusion request with their identifying details to the operator.
- 2. Decline recorded. The operator uses the secure link in the request to decline, or leaves the case open.
- 3. First reminder. We send a written reminder referring to the player-protection expectations that generally apply to licensed operators, and invite written grounds.
- 4. Final notice and listing. If the operator declines again or does not respond, a final notice is sent and the case is published here with a standing right of reply.
A decline is never final: the reminder contains the same secure link, and an operator that changes its decision is removed from this register and added to our list of operators that honour self-exclusion requests.
