Operators that care about their players

Every operator below received a documented self-exclusion request on behalf of a person who asked to be blocked from gambling — and confirmed it. No excuses, no silence, no reminder needed. This page records who actually acts when a player asks for help.

How an operator gets listed

1. 1. A request arrives. A player signs an authorization agreement and we deliver a formal self-exclusion request to the operator with a secure decision link.
2. 2. The operator confirms. One click on “Confirm exclusion” blocks the account and closes the case.
3. 3. Recognition. The operator receives a thank-you notice and is added to this page, with the number of players it has protected.
4. 4. A second chance always exists. An operator that declines gets a written reminder and can still change its decision. Only after declining again — or ignoring the reminder — is it moved to the register of operators that declined.
